Plumbing Permit Applications:

Downspout Permit:

A downspout permit is needed if you are changing the footprint of your property and/or you are putting gutters onto a structure. This permit can only be applied for at our office.

Items to be submitted when applying for a downspout application:

• Sanitary Engineers Permit
• Zoning Permit
• Drawing to show where downspouts are going: storm sewer, road ditch, dry well, lake, or creek
• Application fee is $30 (cash, check, or money order)
